For a chance to win one of TWENTY (20)–7 day Carnival Cruises for Two (2) (ARV $4,000), collect the two unique sweepstakes markers (s1 and s2) found in certain game tickets and affix original markers (facsimiles and reproductions are not acceptable) to a 3" x 5" card and print the following on a 3" x 5" card: your name, address, phone number, age, sign legal signature and mail to RITE AID Carnival Cruise Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 965308, Marietta, GA 30066- 0006. All terms and conditions of Carnival Cruise Lines Standard Ticket Contract of Passage, as well as those stated in the General Information of the Carnival Cruise Lines Certificate, shall be applicable to this promotion and cruise passage. The Carnival "Fun Ship" cruise package is for Two. All travel must be completed by May 31, 2011. Prize includes $1,200 check for round-trip air transportation for two to the gateway city of departure, any supplemental fuel charge by the cruise line (maximum $144) and transportation to the ship. Items of a personal nature are not included. This cruise award has no cash value. Winners must give Carnival 30 days notice, prior to sailing date, to make reservations. The "Vacation Guarantee" is not applicable to this promotion. Stateroom is based on double occupancy. Winners under the age of 21 years must be accompanied by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. Prize includes ocean view balcony stateroom (category 8A), government fees/taxes, and shipboard gratuities. Any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded to the winner. The cruise package does not include any costs or features not specifically detailed in the Carnival Cruise inclusions stated above. In the event of the cancellation of confirmed arrangements by the winner, the ability to reschedule the prize trip or any portion thereof will be allowed at the sole discretion of RITE AID and Carnival Cruise Lines. Cruises subject to availability and blackout period only during the last two weeks of December. Trip expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. You may enter more than once, but each entry must be mailed separately and contain the two unique sweepstakes markers (s1 and s2). Sweepstakes entries must be mailed by regular 1st Class mail and inside envelopes 4-1⁄2" x 9-1⁄2" or smaller. Entries into sweepstakes must be received by March 31, 2010. Sweepstakes entries will be eligible for all drawings held after receipt of entry. Sweepstakes random drawings for Two (2) Carnival Cruise Trips for Two will be on January 11, 20, 29, February 8, 17, 26, March 5, 14, 23, and April 1, 2010. Winners will be contacted based on information provided. If information is illegible, person cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days after certified mailing then alternative winner will be drawn. Winners will receive information packet from RITE AID once a Customer Prize winner Form has been completed and person's eligibility has been determined. Odds of obtaining each sweepstakes marker are 1 in 10 game markers. Odds of winning a sweepstakes prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes prize limited to one trip prize per person, family, or household. Prizes cannot be transferred except at RITE AID'S discretion.
